Do I need to be there when my House is cleaned?

No, you do not have to be present for your Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning. You may provide us with access to your home and the team will complete the service and ensure the property is secured when they leave.

What if I do not want the home to be empty?

Move in/move out cleaning is meant to clean vacant spaces. If the home has furniture/ belongings we recommend our Deep Cleaning or One-Time Cleaning service.

How do I prepare for my cleaning?

Make sure we have access to water and electricity (preferably with the hot water on) and that you provide us with instructions on how to access the property (key, code, etc.).

Do you clean up after Biohazards? (blood/human waste, pet waste, mold)

No, we do not perform any cleaning services that involve biohazards.
